So Bit.ly Will Only Just A Million Link To Twitter Spam?

1__bitlyYour one Twitter user? No foreigner is not about to see so many links from Bit.ly scattered on the social networking website. Actually the original idea of Bit.ly services which offer features or URL shortening URL alias on a particular link is useful to link does not interfere with our vision when you're surfing.

But it was much too eventually spammers out there who use these services to fool victims to Twitter users and then click on the URL navigate this victim to a malicious web page.

By default, the Twitter is to use this service to shorten a particular URL. But now the battle is still being implemented large-scale assault by spammers to avoid continuous use of this service gap.

In just 1 month, from Twitter could produce 1 billion links. In fact it makes no difference, and we will not be able to tell which URL was the usual website or it's just spam it contains. The only way is to click the link on your own just will know where these links take you next.

Spam problem is getting worse, that's why bit.ly is more serious to take steps to sniff out spam under the short link of this service. Bit.ly recently announced collaboration with the three new services to fight spam and malware that is by VeriSign's iDefense, Websense Threatseeker Cloud, and Sophos. This is the extra effort to remind the user in case the link is indeed dangerous.

The best protection from spam is to simply click on a link from someone you trust, but even they can be fooled. And then the friendship is lost, destroyed communities, and the spammers win. Except bit.ly can filter most of them where the bad link before you click that link. But it seems it is still a concept, at least from this day you should be more careful clicking on any links that, at least better prevent than cure, right?
